Postdoctoral Fellowship Opportunities – Banting and Tri-Agency
Working with Dr. Elizabeth Hartney, Registered Psychologist, Professor and Director of the Centre for Health Leadership and Research (CHLR), the post-doc will contribute to leadership research and knowledge mobilization toward increasing patient and family centred care in the BC healthcare system. The goals of CHLR are to: develop and implement an applied research agenda in health systems leadership to inform scholarly practice and policy; create and engage in internal/external partnerships and networks to support and advance health systems leadership, applied research activities and knowledge mobilization strategies; conduct applied health leadership research and coordinate activities with internal/external stakeholders and partners to address emergent needs in academic and practice settings; and organize/co-organize conferences, symposia, summits and think-tanks in emerging areas of scholarship and practice. To achieve these goals, CHLR is developing and expanding health leadership and research expertise in a variety of areas that cross disciplines and knowledge domains.
